How many sessions are required?
Each patient should receive a personalized consultation prior to beginning their EmFace
treatment plan. Generally speaking, 4 sessions spaced 1 week apart each are required to achieve optimal results. Full treatment results are seen about 3 months after the final treatment. -
Is EmFace treatment painful?
No. EmFace is a comfortable treatment. Patients feel a warm sensation along with facial
muscle contractions which can feel like a facial workout. There is no numbing required. -
Is there any downtime?
No downtime. Patients can return to their regular activities immediately after the treatment.

How long do EmFace results last?
Results can vary depending on the individual. Clinical results showed an average of 37% reduction in wrinkles, 30% increase in muscle tone and 23% lifting effect on the face. On average, patients will find their EmFace results lasting 1 year. Patients can come in for maintenance sessions to prolong their results.
