Membership Policy
Memberships are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be used or combined with other promotions or offers. Members with accounts in good standing enjoy exclusive discounts on all facials as well as any add-ons, at any time during your active membership term. Purchase or use of a membership constitutes acceptance of the terms and condition of the Glow Dermal Therapy Membership Program.
When Do I Get Billed?
We’ll keep your credit card on file and automatically bill you on either 1st or 15th of the month. Book your monthly facial whenever it is convenient for you.
Can I Try It Before? / How Do I Sign Up For A Membership?
You can sign up for a membership online or at the Clinic. Many guests enjoy booking a preliminary Oxygen Infusion and then deciding if the membership will match their personal goals. We can then begin your membership before you checkout, so that it includes the facial you just received.
Which Services And Add-Ons Are 10% Off For Members?
You are eligible for 15% off any add-ons and 10% off any additional services Glow offer.
Can I Put My Membership On Hold?
Need a break? Taking a vacation? You can freeze your membership for up to 1 month every 6 month period.
Can I Transfer My Membership To Another Guest?
Memberships are non-transferable.
What If I Miss My Facial One Month, Will The Credits Roll-Over?
Clients with an active membership are able to rollover one facial per year. Any other facial credits, if not used, will expire 30 days after the payment date.
This rollover credit is in addition to the 1 month membership pause. If you are unsure which option is best for you please contact the clinic.
How Do I Cancel My Membership?
Once you have completed the required 6 month minimum commitment, you may request a membership cancellation by contacting our Clinic Manager at hello@glowtherapy.ca. All cancellation requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to your billing date and sent on a working day, Tuesday through Saturday.
