The Medical Facial Membership is designed for clients who want ongoing, results-driven treatments to improve signs of aging, restore clarity, and support overall skin vitality. With monthly visits, this membership makes it easy to stay consistent with professional care.

No preparation is required prior to your treatment; our expert skin therapists will thoughtfully guide you through personalised post-treatment care and next steps to support optimal results.

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Need a break? Taking a vacation? You can freeze your membership for up to 1 month every 6 month period.
Memberships are non-transferable.
Clients with an active membership are able to rollover one facial per year. Any other facial credits, if not used, will expire 30 days after the payment date.
This rollover credit is in addition to the 1 month membership hold (per 6 month period). If you are unsure which option is best for you please contact the clinic.
Once you have completed the required six-month minimum commitment, you may request a membership cancellation by contacting our Clinic Manager at hello@glowtherapy.ca. All cancellation requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to your billing date and sent on a working day, Tuesday through Saturday.
